WOULD
YOU LIKE TO BE A PILOT? LET'S MAKE YOUR DREAM COME TRUE!
You may
learn to fly from the highly qualified trainers at the Pilot School
of the SKY ESCORT HUNGARY AERO CLUB, or you may improve your skills
with us.
PRIVATE
PILOT LICENCE (PPL)
To get the PPL you have to meet the requirements of the theoretical
and practical courses, which suits the JAR-FCL1 specifications.
Having the PPL acquired, the pilot can fly independently within the
VFR rules. We provide books, presentations and consultations for the
syllabus.
Before you can start the training, you must take a medical
examination and meet its reqiurements. The training is guided by the
Hungarian Civil Aviation Authority. They give (theoretical,
practical)
training topics. This includes at least 45 hours practical flights
and minimum 119 take offs. After the training is finished, you must
take the official exams. Theoretical first and then the practical.
Having passed the exams, you may fly independently by the exact
aircraft type on which you've learned. For later on, you may rent
the aircraft and you may start to learn the other ones as well.
The training details and law terms are described on the Hungarian
Civil Aviation Authority's website
(www.caa.hu)
